There was a moment of unease on Sunday, as Nollywood actress and producer Funke Akindele, disregarded her colleague Toyin Abraham.
The occurrence happened at Iyabo Ojo’s film premiere.
Funke was positioned at the same table alongside Iyabo and another actress, Mercy Aigbe, when Toyin approached to greet them.
While Iyabo and Mercy acknowledged her salutations, Funke turned away, entirely overlooking her.
Toyin felt humiliated by the episode and departed from the table.

Many believe that Funke is justified in holding a resentment towards Toyin, after she concurred with seasoned filmmaker Kunle Afolayan’s remarks.
