Afrobeats artist, Bella Shmurda has disclosed that he almost faced insolvency due to a lavish lifestyle.

In a conversation with YouTuber Korty EO, Shmurda mentioned that accommodating and financing his friends’ extravagant lifestyles further depleted his finances.

The music sensation remarked that the ordeal compelled him to alter his perspective on financial management.

“I used to possess a substantial amount of money, but I acted hastily. I wish I had more foresight then. I was just spending lavishly on items I ultimately had no use for,” he expressed.

“Currently, as I’m earning new income, I need to consider each decision I make. I was supporting as many as ten friends back then, and we were all hosting female visitors. I purchased three vehicles simultaneously just so my friends could accompany me in a parade. I was imprudent,” he continued.

Bella Shmurda encouraged his peers and followers to handle their finances wisely to prevent bankruptcy and avoid learning the hard way.
