“Burna Boy Breaks Silence: ‘It Was Just Me’ Amidst Assault Allegations Against DJ Tunez”

Afrobeats artist, Damini Ogulu, widely recognized as Burna Boy, has refuted allegations that he collaborated with ten other individuals during his recent confrontation with Wizkid’s personal disc jockey, DJ Tunez.

Both DJ Tunez and his superior, Wizkid, asserted in distinct social media posts following the event that Burna Boy rallied with 10 other individuals against the DJ.

In response during a livestream with Shallipopi on Wednesday evening, Burna Boy dismissed the allegations.

He did acknowledge hitting DJ Tunez, boasting that he struck him twice.

“Shalli, no be 10 people touch that guy, na only me. I swear with my mama. If I dey lie, make Ogun carry my mama go anywhere wey Wizkid mama dey. Na only me – two slap na im I give am,” he stated.

The African Giant performer mentioned that had he conspired with his crew against DJ Tunez, he would have been hospitalized by now.

Burna Boy disclosed that after the incident, he lingered at the club for approximately four hours, anticipating retaliation from DJ Tunez’s crew but instead discovered that the DJ was on social media venting.

The artist claimed that DJ Tunez was also accompanied by some men in the club, but they fled upon seeing him.
