Renowned Nigerian artist, Burna Boy, has overtly ridiculed DJ Tunez following their recent altercation.
NAIJATAB reveals that Burna Boy and his crew confronted DJ Tunez in Lagos on Monday for neglecting to play his tracks at Obi’s House, a well-known weekly Afrobeats gathering.
In response to the situation, the Nigerian DJ Association, NDJ, temporarily excluded Burna Boy’s tracks from their playlists.
Addressing the matter in a viral video on social media, Burna Boy ridiculed DJ Tunez for being knocked to the ground during the physical confrontation.
While grooving to the track ‘Money Constant,’ Burna Boy modified a lyric from “Ogbafia dey my side” to “Ogbafia dey for ground,” as he dramatically collapsed to the floor, seemingly targeting DJ Tunez who was brought to the ground during the scuffle.
