“Tragic Toll: Soldiers Fall Victim to New Wave of Terror in Kebbi”

A number of Nigerian soldiers have allegedly perished following a terrorist assault in the Girinmasa region of Yauri Local Government Area in Kebbi State.

The occurrence was disclosed in a post shared on X on Tuesday by security expert, Bakatsine.

As indicated in the post, suspected Lakurawa militants initiated the strike on forces deployed in the vicinity, leading to injuries among the soldiers.

“Today, Lakurawa terrorists took the lives of multiple Nigerian soldiers in Girinmasa, Yauri LGA of Kebbi State.

“May Allah bestow mercy upon the fallen heroes and put an end to this insecurity tormenting Nigeria,” Bakatsine expressed.

At the moment of compiling this report, military officials had not provided an official comment concerning the attack.
