“NNPP Gains INEC Recognition Thanks to My Leadership – Bala”

The National Working Committee, NWC, of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, under the leadership of Bala Yunusa Mohammed has proclaimed the successful completion of the annual verification procedure carried out by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

In accordance with INEC’s legal obligation as the supervisor of political parties, the NNPP asserted that representatives of the Commission thoroughly examined its administrative frameworks, membership documentation, and operational capabilities.

NNPP noted that the smooth execution of this procedure serves as a conclusive official endorsement of the Bala Yunusa Mohammad-led NWC.

“It effectively silences the fantasies of grandeur held by ousted members and reinforces our position as the sole recognized leadership of the NNPP,” the party’s declaration stated.

The organization highlighted that “the frantic, yet ineffective, efforts by expelled members to impede INEC from carrying out its legitimate functions at our acknowledged headquarters. Their failure marks a triumph for the democratic system.

“Ousted members’ dependence on alleged court orders is a typical instance of legal illusion. We assert unequivocally that any ruling they currently adhere to was obtained per incuriam – rendered in error without the advantage of complete details regarding the party’s internal operations.

“Importantly, there exists an ongoing ruling from the Federal High Court, Abuja, which explicitly confirms that these individuals are no longer affiliated with the NNPP.

“By neglecting to present this ruling to later courts, they have intentionally concealed crucial facts to mislead the judiciary. These dishonest strategies will be thoroughly revealed as we proceed toward the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

“The law does not favor those who distort the judicial system to preserve a failed political venture.
The party has been effectively cleansed of the detrimental influence of those transactional politicians who attempted to hinder our progress for years, and although they have tried to exploit the judicial system, we are confident that the Supreme Court will deliver fair justice to the issue.”

The NNPP declared it is growing stronger, more united, and more focused than ever as we gear up for the 2027 general election.

The notice added, “In a clear indication of this preparedness, the party has already completed and relayed its primary election agenda to INEC.

“We are entirely ready to conduct primaries for the House of Assembly, Governorship, House of Representatives, Senate, and Presidential roles on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, employing the Consensus method across all wards of the Federation.

“We urge all Nigerians – youth, women, and professionals alike – to continue enrolling with the NNPP across all 8809 wards in all 774 Local Government Areas. We are constructing a party founded on authentic grassroots democracy and fairness for all.”

The NNPP asserted it is embarking on its most illustrious chapter, urging its dedicated members to remain resolute and unwavering while informing its opponents that the train has departed the station.
