While the first half ended goalless, Ousmane Dembele scored twice after halftime, allowing the champions to move forward into the final four.
At the Wanda Metropolitano, Atletico qualified for the semi-finals despite a 2-1 defeat.
Diego Simeone’s squad had triumphed 2-0 at the Nou Camp, and at home, Ademola Lookman’s strike proved vital after Lamine Yamal and Ferran Torres brought the aggregate score level.
PSG will confront the winner of Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid, while Atletico Madrid will face the victor of Arsenal vs Sporting.
