Maduka Okoye is not anticipated to be out of action for an extended period following an injury sustained during international duty this week, NAIJATAB reports.
Okoye returned to Italy promptly after experiencing a thigh injury in practice prior to Nigeria’s friendly against Jordan on Tuesday.
The Nigeria international was initially projected to be out for a few weeks.
According to the Italian site, TMT, the keeper’s injury isn’t as severe as initially thought.
Okoye will undergo standard evaluations with the Udinese medical team before rejoining team practice.
Udinese will face Como in their upcoming league match on Monday.
