Spain coach, Luis de la Fuente, has identified Manchester City’s Rodri and Arsenal’s Martin Zubimendi as the two finest defensive midfielders globally.

In anticipation of Spain’s exhibition match against Serbia on Friday, De la Fuente commended both athletes, declaring Rodri as the top player in the world and highlighting that Zubimendi is the second-best midfielder.
