This roster was made public by the Nigeria Sanctions Committee, NIGSAC, on Saturday.

The document features identities of individuals and groups alleged to be engaged in terrorism-related endeavors, encompassing individuals connected to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Ansaru, and Islamic State West Africa Province, ISWAP.
