Arsenal will now face Atletico Madrid, who ousted Barcelona.
In the other quarter-final, Bayern Munich overcame Real Madrid 4-3 at the Allianz Arena.
The Bundesliga champions had claimed the first leg 1-0 at the Bernabeu.
Bayern Munich will contest against Paris Saint-Germain for a spot in the final.
