Yobe Lawmaker Jakduwa Makes a Strategic Move to APC Following PDP Departure

After his recent departure from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the representative for Bade/Jakusko Federal Constituency, Hon. Hassan Kaikaku Jakduwa, has switched to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The legislator announced this on Sunday through his official Facebook account, emphasizing that the choice followed thorough contemplation and extensive discussions.

“My selection is motivated by the wish to connect with a platform that will enhance my ability to serve effectively and draw more opportunities and development to our constituency.

“I have faith that this move will bolster our collective endeavors toward enriching the lives of our people,” he stated.

Jakduwa expressed gratitude to the leadership and members of the APC for the gracious welcome and assistance, while also acknowledging his supporters and well-wishers for their understanding, encouragement, and ongoing trust.

“I assure you all that my commitment to service remains steadfast and resolute. Together, we will persist in working for peace, progress, and prosperity in our constituency, Yobe State, and Nigeria as a whole,” he stated.
