Famous Nigerian Tiktoker, Peller, has been prosecuted for purported verbal assault and breach of privacy.
A lady from Lagos, named Osarobo Odigie, initiated the legal proceedings against Peller following their dispute at Folixxx Lounge along Lekki-Epe Expressway.
NAIJATAB recalls that in January, Peller shared a video of his verbal dispute with Odigie online and subsequently apologized for posting the video without her consent.
In a recent update, Odigie, through a pre-action letter drafted by Bola Osineye from FA Garrick & Co., clarified that the confrontation took place on January 6, 2026, while she was ordering food at the Lounge.
Accusing Peller of subjecting her to verbal mistreatment, Odigie, represented by her legal counsel, sought N395 million in restitution for slanderous publication, psychological distress, damage to her reputation, and further anguish caused by cyber harassment.
The legal actions will initiate next week if their explicit demands are not satisfied.
