Hellas Verona has denounced Gift Orban’s altercation with a supporter following Saturday’s 1-0 home loss to AC Milan.
The episode transpired outside the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi.
The defeat marked the Buddies’ eighth in their last nine league matches.
As per reports, the dispute initiated after the forward declined a fan’s appeal for an autograph.
Orban’s vehicle was reportedly struck by the individual, which led to a physical confrontation between the two.
Verona announced that they are carrying out an internal inquiry regarding the matter.
The 23-year-old is on loan at the club from Bundesliga team, Hoffenheim.
