Upon finishing his training, Major T.A. Lagbaja was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant on 19 September 1992, entering the Nigerian Army Infantry Corps. Throughout his vocation, he occupied numerous command, staff, and teaching positions, illustrating his leadership skills and dedication to service.
