Emmanuella embarked on her comedic journey at the age of five during a family holiday, where she encountered Uncle Mark Angel, who requested her parents’ permission to include Emmanuella in his comedy group.

Mark Angel sought young performers for a comedy shoot and called some kids he knew for auditions. Unfortunately, they struggled to memorize their lines, prompting him to turn to Emmanuella.

Despite the 18-hour filming session he organized to challenge the children’s endurance, she delivered an outstanding performance.

Eventually, Mark Angel persuaded her parents to allow her to join the Mark Angel Comedy Team once she was chosen.

Emmanuella has already cemented her status as one of Nigeria’s leading comedians and has secured a role in the Australian film Survive or Die.
