“2027 Showdown: Yul Edochie Sparks Outrage with Controversial Peter Obi Remarks”

Nollywood performer Yul Edochie is presently facing criticism from his followers due to a seemingly derogatory post he made against the former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi.

The actor had on Tuesday morning shared on his official X account, asserting that Obi’s presidential aspirations are doomed from the start.

According to Yul, “any political party Peter Obi associates with will crumble. Everything he’s doing with ADC is futile from the outset.

“A complete waste of effort. This is not a superficial issue. It runs deeper than that.

“I’m astonished he isn’t aware of this already. Or perhaps he knows but prefers to overlook it.

“But the reality remains unchanged. Peter Obi cannot become President of Nigeria at this time.”

The post, however, did not resonate well with fans, who flooded the comment section to voice their displeasure.

Below are a few of the comments;

@okeygaruba: Even you who failed in your marriage are here speaking about Peter Obi? Yul, try to show some sense for once even if you lack shame. Can you imagine tarnishing the lovely family and reputation your father has built over the years with this foolishness of yours constantly?

@obed-obinn: You’ve morphed into a wayward son and a trivial waste of space as a person and in the overarching scheme in ala igbo. You’ve become an outcast, so your opinions no longer hold weight, OKOKO!

@JustusOnyia: That’s precisely why your Nollywood career has plummeted.

Bro, disregard PO and focus on your own life. If it’s Nollywood you want to tackle, do it with confidence, but if you opt for politics, play it right, cease the brown-nosing towards BAT. Nothing will ever result from it. FOOL!

@deveyIcey2020: Nwanna aren’t we meant to look out for our brothers? Why come online to sully your brother’s name because you are eager to join the opposing political party?

@JuniourOgbonna5: Coming from an individual who couldn’t maintain his household, claimed a divine calling to be a pastor? Failed. Returned to tradition. Never encountered someone so bewildered as this one.
