“Neymar’s Path to Glory: Ancelotti’s Insight Ahead of World Cup 2026”

The head coach of Brazil, Carlo Ancelotti, has asserted that Santos attacker Neymar Jr. is on the appropriate path leading up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Ancelotti made this statement while addressing the rumors surrounding Neymar’s possible inclusion in Brazil’s roster.

The previous Real Madrid coach emphasized that the former Barcelona and PSG sensation’s physical condition will be the crucial aspect.

“He has two months to demonstrate that he still possesses the abilities to compete in the next World Cup,” Ancelotti stated through GOAL.

“I am confident he can recover to 100%. I’ve mentioned it previously, and I’ll make it clear: only players who are physically fit will receive my selection call-up.

“Following his knee injury, Neymar has staged a commendable comeback; he is netting goals. He must persist in this direction and enhance his fitness. He’s headed in the right direction.”

Neymar continues to be Brazil’s all-time top scorer, with 79 goals and 59 assists in 128 senior international matches.
