The roster of 48 teams for the 2026 World Cup has been finalized.

This comes after the conclusion of the European and intercontinental play-offs on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The last six nations to secure their positions are Congo DR, Iraq, Sweden, Czech Republic, Turkiye, and Bosnia & Herzogovina.

They will join 42 other nations that have already qualified for the event.

All 12 groups for the 2026 World Cup are also officially established.
