“Agagbe Attributes Barau FC’s Stalemate with Wikki Tourists to Injury Woes”

Barau FC’s technical consultant, Eugene Agagbe, has attributed the inability of his team to net goals in the scoreless draw against Wikki Tourists to injuries.

Nura Ibrahim, Sunday Antony, and Bismark Duah were taken off early in the match at the New Jos Stadium on Saturday.

Mohammed Umar and Henry Ezeonye came near to scoring, but their efforts were in vain.

Goalkeeper Chisom Chiaha maintained his clean sheet streak to five games after this encounter.

“We express gratitude to God for the outcome; the injuries we encountered in the first half hindered our chances of scoring,” Agagbe remarked to Barau FC media.

Barau FC has accumulated 41 points over 31 games this season.
