Sowore Confirmed as AAC National Chairman in Landmark Court Decision!

The Appeals Court assembled in Abuja has affirmed the publisher of SaharaReporter, Omoyele Sowore, as the National Leader of the African Action Congress (AAC). Sowore had, in an appeal numbered CA/A/812/2019, challenged a High Court decision delivered by Justice Inyang Ekwo, which designated one Leonard Nzenwa as the Acting Leader of the party. The AAC presidential aspirant also urged the court through his lawyer, Inibehe Effiong, to invalidate the judgment of the lower court and grant all the demands put forth by the appellant.
