Elisabeth Murdoch CBE (born August 22, 1968) is a media leader, producer, and businessperson with Australian, British, and American heritage. She is the offspring of Rupert Murdoch and journalist Anna Torv Murdoch Mann. In 2001, Elisabeth established Shine Group, which generated well-known shows such as MasterChef. She served as its non-executive chair until 2015, when Shine amalgamated with Endemol and Core Media to form Endemol Shine Group. In 2019, she co-created Sister, a film and television production firm with locations in London, Manchester, New York, and Los Angeles.
