Nigeria midfielder Frank Onyeka is nominated for Coventry City’s Goal of the Season accolade, as reported by NAIJATAB.

Onyeka’s remarkable strike in Coventry’s 3-2 victory over Derby County at the CBS Arena in March is amongst the nine goals selected for the individual honor.

The goal marked the defensive midfielder’s inaugural score for Frank Lampard’s squad.

The 28-year-old last netted for his parent club, Brentford, against Sheffield United in March 2024.

Onyeka joined Coventry City on a loan from Brentford in January.

The transfer is anticipated to become permanent this summer.
