The physician instructed her to discontinue her hormone therapy prior to the operation. She indicated that she had not encountered any health problems before the procedure.
A few hours post-surgery, the doctor informed her that she was suffering from acute kidney damage and sepsis. She mentioned that the hospital had abandoned her at a different facility and refused to take accountability.
Since November 1, 2023, she has been receiving dialysis and treatment for sepsis. She claimed to have depleted her entire life savings and relied on financial support from a few friends and the Nigerian Plastic Surgery Community.
She appealed to the public for financial assistance to continue her treatment, emphasizing that her medical expenses have significantly strained her resources, noting that she is her sole provider and source of income.
