Born on 5 April 1986, Flair came into existence in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Ric Flair and Elizabeth Harrell. Additionally, she has one older half-sister, Megan, and an older half-brother, David. Unfortunately, her younger sibling Reid passed away on 29 March 2013.
During her time at Providence High School, where she served as team captain from 2004 to 2005, Flair secured two NCHSAA 4 A-State championships in volleyball.

Flair first entered the wrestling scene at the age of 14, in 2000, alongside her father in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) as Ashley Flair. On 15 May, Flair featured in a vignette where David, Russo, and Daffney invaded her residence, only to be confronted by Flair, her mother Beth, and her brother Reid during an episode of Monday Nitro.
