To support his family during his upbringing, Ray Norris held jobs as a mechanic, bus driver, and truck driver. Ray also struggled with alcoholism. Following his parents’ eventual divorce, Ray essentially vanished. Chuck realized he had to help his mother care for his two younger siblings.
