Brian David Scalabrine, more widely recognized as The White Mamba, is a former American professional basketball athlete who currently serves as a television commentator for the National Basketball Association focused on the Boston Celtics (NBA). Scalabrine also co-hosts the program “Starting Line-up.” The show broadcasts weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on SiriusXM NBA Radio. Brian was selected in the second round of the 2001 NBA draft by the New Jersey Nets, where he spent four years. He also played for the Chicago Bulls until 2012.
