The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has revealed what it asserts to be an alleged scheme by the Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC) administration to “injure” the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen.” Representative for the Coalition, Imo Ugochinyere, made the announcement on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, in a statement that included a letter from the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, directing the freezing of Onnoghen’s accounts. BREAKING: Seven more Abuja-Kaduna train passengers released

The militants have freed seven captives, comprising a family of six and a woman from the AK-9 Abuja-Kaduna train assault. Tukur Mamu, Publisher of the Kaduna-based Desert Herald and Media Advisor to a contentious Islamic leader, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, verified the liberation of the seven captives to reporters in Kaduna. Mamu stated that his principal, Gumi, facilitated the release of the seven captives. NAIJATAB NEWS recollects that militants set free seven individuals last month following over 100 days in confinement in the wilderness.
