Nigerian track and field athlete Blessing Okagbare has been trending in the media for the past few hours after reports that she has been banned over doping.
According to an announcement made public on Friday by the Athletics Integrity Unit, it declared that the Nigerian 2008 long jump silver medalist Blessing Okagbare had been banned for ten years for doping.
