Being the only child of his parents, Ludacris grew up as a single child without any siblings in Chicago. He went to several schools because his family settled at different places.
Ludacris started his rap career at the age of 9 when he joined a rap group. After graduating from high school, Ludacris went ahead to study music at Georgia State University.
At a time, Ludacris interned at Hot 97.5, in Atlanta, after which her proceeded to become a DJ at the same radio station and eventually made a collaboration with Justin Timberlake on the song, “Phat Rabbit”.
