Steve relocated to New York City to pursue a career as an actor. He began his career as a voice-over artist for TV advertisements and then acted in a few films. His big break came when he auditioned for Blue’s Clues in 1995. He had no idea what he was auditioning for or whether he would pass before taking part in the audition.
