“Royal Regrets: King Mitchy Extends Apology to Seyi Tinubu and VeryDarkMan”

Well-known social media figure, King Mitchy, has formally expressed remorse to Nigerians after receiving criticism over a recent live broadcast where she confessed to consuming a substance while on air.

In a clip posted on her Instagram account, Mitchy stated she has contemplated her conduct and recognized that her actions were misguided, particularly since numerous young girls admire her.

“I’m prepared to be responsible for my actions. For several days I’ve pondered my behavior, and I understand I was incorrect,” she wrote.

She acknowledged that consuming the substance during the live broadcast was unsuitable and voiced her sorrow for letting down her supporters.

“I want to be answerable for the substance I consumed on live video. That was very inappropriate of me because there are young girls who look up to me someday, and I realize I have disappointed many people,” she added.

Mitchy also extended a public apology to Seyi Tinubu, whom she referred to as her superior, indicating that although she had apologized privately, she felt compelled to do so publicly because the incident occurred in a public forum.

“My superior, ST Seyi Tinubu, I sincerely apologize. I know I expressed regret privately, but I disrespected you publicly, so I wish to apologize publicly. I’m truly sorry, sir,” she said.

Additionally, she apologized to the Ooni of Ife for including his name during the dispute.

“To the Ooni of Ife, I’m really sorry for involving your name in this, daddy,” she stated.

Mitchy also addressed activist VeryDarkMan, acknowledging his efforts and expressing remorse for previously confronting him.

“To VeryDarkMan, my brother, I recognize what you’re advocating for, you’re striving for Nigeria and we can create a better Nigeria together. I’m sorry for confronting you like that. Perhaps now I understand you better,” she said.

She wrapped up by emphasizing that the activist requires more allies rather than adversaries in the quest for an improved Nigeria.

“You need more allies, not individuals to battle against you. I’m sorry, my brother. Thank you,” Mitchy concluded.
