In spite of the challenging custody dispute involving him and one of his baby mothers, Afrobeat musician Davido Adeleke, better recognized by his stage name Davido, has succeeded in winning the affections of his followers.
In a video that went viral on social media, Dayo, a user, narrated how the ‘Timeless’ artist altered the lives and fates of some street youths in Lekki.
He asserts that he provided meals for hundreds of them three times daily when the Grammy nominee was residing in Lekki.
Additionally, he clarified that the artist had financed a man’s visa application. Dayo stated in the recording that the artist, who recently got married, gave a man N7 million to start a boutique.
The man proceeded to recount more positive actions that Davido had taken and mentioned that the “Aye” hitmaker would visit them to play and dance, bringing joy as they sang his tunes. They also benefitted from the generosity of other celebrities who came to pay the singer a visit.
To validate his claims, he swore by his life and provided additional details outside Davido’s residence.
