His complete name is Oyekunle Opeyemi Oluwaremi, and he entered the world on 18th October 1988 to Engr. Joseph Oluwaremi and Mrs. Omolara Sherifat Oluwaremi in Gboko, Benue state.
Kunle Remi was brought up in a Christian household with five other siblings; he hails from Ekiti state but was born in Benue state and spent his formative years in Ibadan, Oyo state.
The Nollywood actor is Nigerian by birth and would be 33 years of age in October 2021.
Education
Kunle Remi completed his primary and secondary education in Ibadan, Oyo state. He later gained admission to study Fisheries and Wildlife Management at the University of Ibadan.
His field of study was not aligned with his current career, and due to his passion for acting, Kunle Remi went on to attend the New York Film Academy, where he specialized in acting and graduated in 2014. He would subsequently return to the same institution for filmmaking and directing, graduating in 2015.

Kunle Remi has harbored an interest in acting since childhood and participated in his church’s drama group during his upbringing. During his NYSC service year, Kunle was involved in the drama group at camp in Iseyin, Oyo state.
He rose to fame after winning the Gulder Ultimate Search 7th Edition in 2010. Following that, he pursued acting as a career starting in 2011.
