Delta Mobile Court Finds 16 Guilty and Issues Warrants for 12 Over Environmental Sanitation Violations
Committed to guaranteeing that Asaba Capital Territory remains ecologically sustainable, the Mobile Court of the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency, DSCTDA, has found 16 environmental violators guilty of breaching environmental sanitation regulations within the capital territory.
The violators were prosecuted by the Head of Environment at DSCTDA, Mr. Isaac Nwosu, who spearheaded the enforcement initiative against individuals and establishments identified as infringing upon environmental statutes within the capital territory.
The court session also absolved four defendants after examining their cases, while bench warrants were issued for 12 violators who failed to appear in court to respond to the charges brought against them.
