Forces of the Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) has disrupted attempts by terrorists to launch attacks on troop positions at Azir Bridge in Sector 2 and Banki in Sector 1.
The insurgents, who advanced in significant numbers in a frenzied effort to overrun the sites, encountered rapid and overwhelming opposition from alert troops.

Operation HADIN KAI stated that the soldiers executed well-organized spoiling attacks that unsettled the terrorists’ assault formations and caused chaos among them.
The statement indicated that the unsuccessful assaults starkly contradict the erroneous propaganda and false narratives circulating on various online media platforms, asserting that troops maintain robust control of the areas and continue to dominate the operational landscape with high morale, effective firepower, and persistent offensive actions against terrorist groups.
The announcement reassured the community that the Joint Task Force remains determined and devoted to neutralizing all terrorist threats throughout the operational arena and restoring enduring peace to the North-East region.
