PDP reportedly demanding Buhari’s disqualification from presidential race



News reports have revealed that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is pursuing President Muhammadu Buhari’s disqualification from the 2019 presidential election.

According to the information, the party’s National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, reportedly made this appeal during PDP’s meeting in Enugu state on Friday, February 1, 2019.

NAIJATAB reports that Secondus alleged Buhari of orchestrating the engagement of mercenaries from Niger Republic to influence the election.

He remarked, “By the authority granted to me as the PDP national chairman, I urge the INEC Chairman, Mr. Yakubu, to disqualify Buhari from taking part in the election.”
