Champions league final: Tottenham defeats Ajax after 2-0 setback

The English team, Tottenham, has joined another English team, Liverpool, in the Champions League finals! They overcame Ajax 3-2 in the second leg of the tournament.

This came after they faced a tense situation following Ajax’s 2-0 advantage in the first half. Spurs had to stage a comeback to secure their place on the grand stage in Madrid later this month.

It will be a completely English Champions League final. The last occasion it was entirely English was in 2008 between Manchester United and Chelsea.

Tottenham Hotspur’s coach, Mauricio Pochettino, who has been with Spurs for five years, disclosed what he would do if the team clinches the Champions League.

The respected manager confessed that he might depart from Tottenham if the club achieves a “miracle” by winning the Champions League.
